2. Servant Leadership - For Directors, Managers and Supervisors

Service starts from the top and trickles down to the rest of the organization.  Leaders should  exemplify what true service is all about.  Ultimate leaders serve first and lead second. They are more than disciplinarians and givers of direction.  They are teachers, nurturers and information resource providers.  The facilitator will also discuss what servant leadership is, its power, history and its various dimensions.
