training evaluations using a variety of instruments and methods, including pre
and post test, manual and electronic surveys, and focus groups. Each evaluation

Manage all
aspects of project management, including facilitator of meetings, tracking
and scheduling, develop process flows, reporting, and monitor vendor
activities throughout the project.
Assists organizations with the creation of evaluation methods,
including pre- and posttests, training evaluation forms, impact
assessments, demographic surveys, and needs assessments
Conducts target audience research to assist in identifying
training needs to enhance training activities
Conduct market researchfor the growing minority groups,
including African Americans, Hispanics, Asian and Native American for
advertising purposes.
